Guidelines for Submitting Moving Study Programs from Outside of Airlangga University

  1. UNAIR may consider admission of transfer student from other university/institution according to the existing regulations.
  2. Conditions for transfer student admission are:

a. Coming from Public University/Institute (PTN) which are not agency-based, teaching-based, and religious-based;

b. Coming from PTN mentioned in verse a and possess similar or higher accreditation;

c. Bachelor degree program transfer student(s) must have finished studying in home university for at least 4 (four) semesters consecutively and have earned at least 48 (forty eight) sks with minimum IPK 2,50 (two comma five zero);

d. Diploma program transfer student(s) must have finished studying in home university for at least 2 (two) semesters consecutively and have earned at least 24 (twenty four) sks with minimum IPK 2,50 (two comma five zero);

e. Study program in home university must be consistent with the study program desired in UNAIR; and

f. Never commit any misconduct and obstruction, and possess a clean record/history, proven by official letter by home university;

g. Willing to adhere to regulations in UNAIR.

3. Credit transfer process of transfer students is based on the acknowledgement of student’s credential by study program in UNAIR and conducted based on Guideline of Procedure.

4. Length of study in previous university/institute will be included in calculating the limit of length of study.
