Lost/damaged diplomas and professional certificates can be issued by the University after fulfilling the necessary conditions.
The conditions that must be met are:
*The Application Letter is signed by the owner
*Statement letter
*Scan of previous diploma certificate
*Scan ID/Passport for foreigners
*Scan of valid Police Missing Report Certificate
*Color photo
*Proof of reimbursement payment of IDR. 100,000,- to Bank BNI account number: 9883.0303.0000.1749 a.n AIRLANGGA UNIVERSITY

As a form of improving service quality and making things easier for alumni, a document delivery service will be opened via courier/post which has collaborated with UNAIR with Cash On Delivery facilities (the applicant pays the delivery fee when the documents are received). (Currently in the process of technical and system preparation.)
