EVALUATION OF STUDY TIME LIMITS
Students are declared dropouts if they are unable to complete their study within the maximum
length of study provisioned. Declaration of academic dropout and resignation is stipulated by a decree
of the rector.
ACADEMIC EVALUATION
Study evaluation is carried out based on the evaluation of learning achievements at the end of the 2nd,
4th, 6th, and 8th semesters with the following provisions:
ADMINISTRATION EVALUATION
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVE: Students carry out registration/re-registration according to the academic calendar at the beginning of each semester
ACADEMIC ACTIVE: Students fill in the KRS (Study Plan Card) according to the academic calendar at the beginning of each semester
Students who are not administratively active or academically active for 2 (two) consecutive semesters will be DISCONTINUED their status as a student
