Diploma Certificate Writing Correction

Graduates whose written data on their professional diploma/certificate contain discrepancies/writing errors based on valid data during the graduation period can submit writing corrections. Supporting documents are required for the application, such as a birth certificate/previous school certificate/family card/ID in accordance with the proposed changes. The university will publish a document containing information stating the changes that have occurred. The publishing process under normal conditions takes a maximum of 7 working days for graduates from 2012 and above.

The cost of replacing the blank is IDR. 100,000.00 via BNI Bank Account Number: 9883.0303.0000.1749 in the name of Universitas Airlangga
